 SDCBA Board of Directors Election

The Board of Directors election is open to anyone meeting the criteria outlined by the candidate nomination form. According to the SDCBA bylaws, the candidate nomination form shall include the nominee’s declaration of candidacy, the nominee’s confirmation of his or her active membership in good standing with the SDCBA for at least three years at the time of nomination, and any additional information requested. If, between the date of nomination and the date of election a nominee shall cease to be eligible, his or her name may be stricken from the ballot by action of the Board.

 
Completed candidate nomination forms should be submitted by U.S. mail or hand delivered, by August 3, 2009, to Janet Grant, San Diego County Bar Association, 1333 Seventh Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101.
