This Committee shall manage the operations of the Lawyer Referral and Information Service. It shall function in accordance with the State Bar standards governing administration of the lawyer referral services and the Rules of Operation of the Lawyer Referral Service of the San Diego County Bar Association (as they may be amended from time to time). The Committee shall have 9 voting members, consisting of the Treasurer and a Board liaison of the Association, who shall automatically be replaced each year by their successors, and 7 lawyers appointed by the President of the Association (with the approval of the Board of Directors) to serve extended terms.
