This Section addresses matters of interest in the field of alternative dispute resolutions. This Section includes mediation, arbitration and other ways of resolving conflicts with the help of a specially trained neutral third party without the need for a formal trial or hearing. The Section provides education and training of neutrals as well as discussion of trends, techniques and other matters of general interest.
