CLE Catalogue

Attorneys in the state of California are required to complete 25 hours of MCLE courses within their compliance period, including 4 hours of Legal Ethics, 1 hour of Prevention/Detection/Treatment of Substance Abuse, and 1 hour of Elimination of Bias.

The SDCBA aids attorneys in meeting their compliance requirements by providing over 300 hours of participatory and self-study CLE programming annually.
