San Diego Lawyers Respond to Crisis. Local bar associations and legal services providers have undertaken a program to provide quality legal representation to victims of the devastating wildfires in San Diego County. The program seeks to have such representation provided without fee to those who have been affected. To the extent possible, the program also seeks to have the lawyers be in a location close to the clients. As part of the program's efforts, we will accept only lawyers who can agree to the representations below.

As a volunteer lawyer, I agree:

1. That I meet all of the following criteria:
   1. I have been licensed to practice law for at least 5 years, or, I will be supervised by a lawyer who has been licensed to practice law for at least 5 years.
   2. I am a member in good standing of the State Bar of California.
2. That:
   1. Neither I nor my law firm will solicit or accept any lawyers fee (including any referral fee) from the client(s) referred by the program, nor will we accept any fee for any other legal services provided to a client referred by the program.
   2. Neither I nor my law firm will withdraw from representation of any client the program refers to me without giving notice to the client, without delivering necessary papers to the client, and without allowing the client time to employ another lawyer.
   3. I agree that if I am unable to represent any client sent to me through the program effort, I will send the client back to the program for further assistance.

By the execution of this application, the undersigned attorney represents that s(he) meets (or will follow) all of the foregoing criteria, agrees to the foregoing obligations, and will not accept, for a fee, any cases referred by the program.
