We're all back to work, summer's over and it's nose to the grindstone! Let's begin with a Coffee & Conversation on the 1st Friday of September with Woody Mosten (Mediator, Author & Adjunct Professor at UCLA Law) focusing on the Top Ten Mediators' & Advocates' Mistakes (find the Hidden Strategies lurking therein). A practical and as always collaborative- conversation among neutrals and litigators - so bring your "A Games" with ideas and tips to contribute!
