Will Marshall will be leading a discussion to explore a number of topics about billing, such as how we set rates, how we account for our time, why and when we write off time or apply discounts, how we think about alternative fee arrangements, whether and why we charge for initial consultations, and other topics that can have a major impact on the trajectory of our practices and our client relations. The title of the program reflects the wide and nuanced range of approaches one can appropriately take in charging for services.
