Learn to how to better serve some of your clients and expand your practice by providing limited scope representation (often called "unbundled" services.) Our speakers will give you an introduction to the rapidly changing practice of limited scope representation in a family law and civil context. Learn tips to providing limited scope representation and make use of the sample fee agreements, forms and other materials which will help you to get started. Leave this seminar confident with the knowledge to practice limited scope representation competently, safely and profitably.

Solo and small firm lawyers who serve middle class and moderate income clients and want to expand their client and referral bases should attend this program.
