This seminar, presented by the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, San Diego Family Law Bar Association, and the San Diego County Bar Association, emphasizes the basic practice of handling family law dissolution cases and includes training in ethics and family law, the preparation of pleadings, and special topics of interest to family law practitioners such as custody and child support issues. A judicial officer will provide the court perspective on these family law issues. Along with perspective and training from speakers, an impressive handout is included with this presentation which not only covers speaker topics, but also provides greater depth on a broad array of specific issues faced by family law practitioners including explanations, examples and an extensive appendix to the legal forms utilized in family law cases.
