Information is now overwhelmingly stored in our mobile devices, computers, online, and in the cloud. Although this has been the case for many years, attorneys and the law have been relatively slow to keep pace. Civil litigators must nonetheless be prepared to conduct discovery involving these media and, indeed, many authorities and state bars now suggest attorneys have a duty to be competent in "e-discovery." Please join us for this dynamic program that will provide an overview of issues and problems attorneys face when handling electronically stored information in discovery.
