Summary

This program is designed to provide you practical guidelines to mediate catastrophic injury cases. Through a presentation of main discussion topics such as what information needs to be in hand before thinking about mediation, how to gather information, when are experts involved and which experts need to be involved, who should attend the mediation, how to approach the mediation including what to put in the brief and what to talk to the mediator about in private. Questions from the audience will be welcomed.
