“Elder Abuse” is a broad term with many subparts. Some elder abuse claims belong in probate court, while others wind up in civil. In this program, two elder abuse experts will explain what type of case belongs where, what a plaintiff can recover in each type of matter, as well as recovery of attorneys’ fees.
