Three prominent San Diego housing/real estate attorneys will present on the ever changing eviction moratoriums in CA and issued by the Federal government. Specifically you will hear how Covid 19 has changed the face of evictions, and how the new rules are playing out in the San Diego court. You will hear the perspective from both landlord, and tenant counsel, as well as from one of Legal Aid's lead housing attorneys.
