Department of Education Revokes Previous Approvals for Public Service Loan Forgiveness

It looks like “public service” just isn’t what it used to be at the Department of Education. In answering a complaint filed by the American Bar Association, the Department took a major step towards limiting the eligibility of employers to participate in a program known as Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
