Easement and boundary disputes can be complicated and difficult for litigants and counsel alike.  This session will provide you with practical as well as technical tips on how to navigate these disputes.  

Be prepared to address various elements, such as:
• Potential application of multiple legal theories;
• Emotional confrontations between disputants; and
• Unforeseen pitfalls that can irreparably affect the ability to achieve settlements.
