  • How mediation can be an effective solution in ongoing employment relationships;
  • When communication and trust needs to be restored in order for a working relationship to continue;
  • How to identify successful strategies for mediation of cases involving post-termination employee/employer relationships; and
  • Strategies for mediation of class actions.

Mr. Huerta has assisted both businesses and employees in resolving over 400 workplace disputes through mediation or arbitration.  He’s well-versed in the benefits and advantages of mediation, so come ready with your questions and challenging situations.
