This seminar will focus on designing and implementing multiple exit strategies for business owners. The panel will discuss multiple techniques from a law and tax basis for business owners looking to exit their businesses.

This discussion will be a broad overview beginning with the plan design to implementation and beyond. For general attorneys this is a great overview of what your business owner clients might anticipate regarding selling their businesses or transferring them.
