This program is worth 1.5 GEN

Featuring:
Carolina Bravo-Karimi, Wilson Turner Kosmo, LLP
Doug Clifford, Eastridge Workforce Solutions

A. Mark Pope, Law Offices of A. Mark Pope

In April of 2018, the California Supreme Court up-ended its test for determining whether someone should be classified as an employee or an independent contractor. The implications of Dynamex will impact almost every business. Please join us as our panel discusses the impact of Dynamex thus far, predictions for the future of classification, and takeaways for what your business and/or your clients should do in a post-Dynamex world.

This program will be available webcast or live in-person.
An option to purchase a lunch is available, although you are welcome to bring your own lunch.
