Claudia Powell, CLPF, NGA has served as a professional fiduciary since 1988, administering over 250 matters and acting as Trustee, Personal Representative, Conservator of Person and Estate, Guardian, Power of Attorney, and court-appointed Referee. She has sold and purchased numerous pieces of real property in her fiduciary capacity, including sales requiring court confirmation and overbid. Ms. Powell is also a credentialed mediator and graduated summa cum laude in Psychology from San Diego State University.
