General Counsel for the Ramona Valley Winery Association, and Owner of Chuparosa Vineyards. Carolyn has extensive experience with federal, state, and local wine regulation and compliance, and led the efforts that resulted in the AVA designation for Ramona Valley and the new San Diego County four-tiered winery ordinance. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Arizona and J.D. is from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. Other legal specialties are federal contracts and general counsel services, representing high-tech San Diego companies.
