Brian J. Dunn has been presenting this CEB program for 12 years. His office is in La Jolla, where he has maintained his own practice for over 20 years. He has carried an AV rating from Martindale Hubble for over 20 years and has been named a Top Lawyer by San Diego Magazine for 3 years running. Mr. Dunn has practiced real estate law, primarily as a litigator, for over 30 years. During that time, he has represented commercial and residential developers, brokers, buyers and sellers, and commercial lessors and tenants, as well as general contractors, engineers, architects, and sub-contractors. He also has personal experience in rental properties, investment, and development properties, including farming operations. Mr. Dunn received both his B.B.A. in Business Management and his J.D. from the University of San Diego, where he was also an M.B.A. candidate and taught as an Adjunct Professor in the Business School. As a former Captain of USD's Rowing team, Brian maintains passionate ties to the university, where he serves as a Torero Varsity Athlete Mentor. He also recently became an MBA School Mentor, has mentored for USD's Law School, and for Lawyers Club of San Diego, of which he is proud to say he was once Acting President.
