Mr. Tasker has been a construction consultant since 1974. He is the Founder of and Shareholder in Sage Associates, Inc. His experience includes construction related investigations, reports, schedules and estimates, procurement negotiations, litigation and testimony, observation and support services.

He is actively involved in construction investigations and claims and has substantial experience in defect evaluation and repair costing and estimating. Mr. Tasker has been involved in more than 100 construction projects throughout the United States and U.S. Trust Territories.

Mr. Tasker has been qualified and testified as an expert witness in numerous Federal and State Courts and has been actively involved in numerous litigations. Mr. Tasker has investigated and provided testimony in the areas of construction administration, costs, scheduling, damages, claims and entitlement approaches, uses and fees associated with construction experts and other areas.

Mr. Tasker has procured and administered millions of dollars of construction. He is an author and co-author of several John Wiley and Sons books and has been a speaker on surety matters at programs involving the ABA, the Surety Claims Institute, the Northeast Surety Conference and to various trade organizations including AGC, ASA, and NASBP. He is a founder of the Dana Point Surety Claims Conference and the Western States Surety Conference.

Mr. Tasker has taught a variety of design and construction courses at the University of Colorado Graduate School of Design and Planning and at the University of Colorado undergraduate program in Boulder, Colorado.
