Licensed to practice law in California and throughout Mexico, Marco Carrasco is the founder and managing partner of Carrasco Law, a business and energy legal practice focused on US/Mexico binational transactions. Mr. Carrasco represents clients in connection with acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, financings, and other corporate and commercial transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His clients include global independent power producers, project developers, private investment firms and financial institutions. His experience extends across a broad range of assets and services, focused exclusively on solar power development and generation.

Mr. Carrasco’s recent representations include Paris-based Engie, the largest gas-powered electricity producer in the world, in its formation and operation in the Latin America solar market and Sonnedix Power Holdings, an independent solar power producer owned by JP Morgan Asset Management Group, in its proposed acquisition of $250M of development assets in Mexico.
