Ana Sambold is an Attorney, Mediator, and Arbitrator. As a member of the Executive Board of the ADR Section of the San Diego County Bar Association she has been actively monitoring the California Law Revision Commission's developments on Study K-402 regarding the proposed legislation on mediation confidentiality and attorney malpractice and has organized different events at the SDCBA to provide public awareness on this issue. As a mediator on the San Diego Superior Court Mediation Panel, the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC), and the West Coast Resolution Group, Ms. Sambold has successfully conducted hundreds of mediations of litigated and non-litigated disputes in English and Spanish. She is also an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and recently joined ADR Services, Inc. Her extensive subject matter expertise includes a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters, with particular emphasis on business and contract disputes, personal injury, real estate transactions, employment, insurance bad faith, and family matters.

Ms. Sambold is an appointed member of the California State Bar Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution, which advises the Board of Governors on public policy issues related to mediation and arbitration. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Southern California Mediation Association and the San Diego Law Library. She is a professor of law at the California Western Law School masters program for international lawyers. She actively participates in mediation and conflict resolution projects locally and internationally with Mediators Beyond Borders and Rotary International. She received her training and credentials in dispute resolution from Harvard Law School and Pepperdine University School of Law.
