Shabnam advises clients on domestic and international trademark clearance, registration, and enforcement. She negotiates and closes deals that expand her clients businesses and intellectual property portfolios. She also represents clients in disputes, develops worldwide expansion strategies, and negotiates and drafts agreements, including settlement agreements, co-existence agreements, trademark license agreements, and interstate license agreements. In addition to trademark law, Shabnam practices promotions law, privacy law, and all things internet. Shabnam is also the founding president of the National Cannabis Bar Association.
