Fundamental Friday - Do's & Don't's from the Bench and Bar on Land Use Cases (1.0 General Participatory Credit)

This Friday Fundamentals program will outline an expert panel including an Appellate Court Justice, a Superior Court Judge and a preeminent land use and environmental attorney will discuss their perspectives on litigating land use cases, from preparing the complaint to appearances in court, to bringing an appeal. The program will cover the differences between challenging a land use decision versus an environmental review determination with questions and answers from and for attorneys at all levels of experience.
