Will discuss legal ethics in client management, case load management, and common pitfalls for all attorneys. Sample ethical dilemmas will be shared with the audience. This program is a great way for newer and more experienced attorneys to learn from two of the best attorneys in California as to legal ethics, professional negligence, and professional responsibility.
