How do you lay the foundation in your case? A foundation is the minimum facts needed to demonstrate that a particular piece of evidence is authentic and relevant enough to be admitted in trial, and help the jury understand why the evidence is being presented. New attorneys – hear from two of San Diego’s top litigators as they share their strategies for creating and laying the foundation in your case. This is also a good refresher for attorneys looking to sharpen their skills.
