Although alternative dispute resolution often serves as an efficient and effective vehicle for avoiding costly litigation, a poorly drafted ADR clause can lead to unnecessary complications and conflict, and cut into the benefits that ADR offers. Please join us for an overview of alternative dispute resolution clauses, the considerations attorneys should take into account while drafting, and significant case law regarding these clauses.
