Notable court decisions and legislative changes will be addressed by Dennis Wickham, a published Bankruptcy Law attorney who has been recognized for his contributions to the profession. This is a great opportunity to gain an extensive overview of the most notable changes to the 2018 Bankruptcy legal framework through a short, one-hour, presentation.

Dennis Wickham, Esq.
Mr. Wickham is a shareholder of Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek whose practice emphasizes bankruptcy, and business and real property litigation. Mr. Wickham received his B.A. from San Diego State University in 1976. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 1979, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and Order of the Coif. In law school, Mr. Wickham participated in the Law Review and the Moot Court Board.
