The Business and Corporate Law Section will present an update on new developments and changes in California law regarding corporations and LLCs. This year’s program will focus on new tax laws and their impact, specifically the passage of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. Additionally, panelists will focus on the high level “must know” aspects of new developments in this area of the law and recent developments in federal law. The presentation is intended for general practitioners, business and corporate law specialists, and other professionals, including CPA’s and accountants.
