Ever a hot topic, Labor and Employment law issues permeate the headlines and our everyday lives. In this not to be missed full-day conference, an esteemed panel of speakers from our local bench and bar will tackle these issues head-on, including, providing updates on the latest and greatest in legal authority for this constantly changing area of law, presenting a view from the bench with regard to litigating employment & labor issues, discussing navigation of sexual harassment claims in a #metoo era, addressing the handling of the increasingly common PAGA claim and optimizing the use of ADR to resolve employment and labor matters.
