Law Day Legal Clinic in Vista on Tuesday, May 2, 20223

We're proud to announce a FREE legal clinic on Tuesday, May 2, at the Vista County Library. We are partnering with the North County Bar Association and the San Diego County Library to present this clinic in honor of Law Day 2023. This walk-in clinic will run from noon to 6 PM.


 

If you have questions about the law or need help completing court forms, make plans to attend on Tuesday, May 2, starting at noon.
 

The legal clinic will cover the following topics:

• Landlord-Tenant Residential - Rent disputes, condition of the rental, landlord & tenant rights
• Civil Matters - Property, contract, employment disputes
• Family Matters - Divorce, child custody, support, restraining orders
• Trusts & Estates - Trusts, wills, power of attorney, and probate of an estate
• Criminal Matters - Felonies, misdemeanors, DUIs
• Immigration - Citizenship, green cards, DACA, family visas
