Judge Wohlfeil will provide his expertise and tips from the bench for newer lawyers to hone in their skillsets in being effective advocates in the courtroom. His insight is intended to provide some best practices in impressing judges from early litigation to dispositive motion practice.

• 2011 – Present: Since January 2011, Judge Wohlfeil has served in a Civil IC assignment.  He served three years as a member of the Superior Court Appellate Panel.  He presides in Department 73 of the Hall of Justice in downtown San Diego.
• November 2007 – 2010: Assigned to San Diego Superior Court – Family Law Division
• May 2007: Appointed to San Diego Superior Court by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger
