Attorneys play a critical role in advising and helping wildfire survivors on insurance claims, underinsurance challenges, litigation, debt collection, and financial recovery resources. This program will feature insights from Professor Ken Klein, a leading expert in wildfire insurance and consumer advocacy, Angela Jae Chun, an experienced litigator who has represented clients in wildfire cases since the 2007 SDG&E fires, and Jason Evans, partner at Casey Gerry where he specializes in consumer litigation including wrongful death, catastrophic events, and complex personal injury cases. Speakers will provide practical guidance on navigating the recovery and rebuilding efforts.
